I'm SaRatta Murphy
I’m an entrepreneurial mindset coach, empowerment speaker, and the founder of SaRatta Speaks, where I help women shift from small business survival to entrepreneurial success. With over 25 years of experience on stages across the country, I bring both powerful presence and real-world strategy to every room I enter.
Originally from Dallas and now living on the East Coast, I hold a degree in Marketing and an MBA. My journey began in front of the camera as a national spokesmodel, and from there I stepped into corporate training, marketing, and brand management with powerhouse companies like Verizon Wireless and Miller Coors.
I sharpened my voice and message as a national speaker and trainer with Monster.com’s Making It Count program, delivering talks in more than 40 states to over a million people—everyone from high school students to NASA engineers.
As an entrepreneur, I’ve owned and operated both product-based and service-based businesses, which means I understand firsthand the mindset, resilience, and strategy required to build and grow something meaningful. That experience fuels every coaching session, keynote, and workshop I lead.
I’ve taught and trained on topics like entrepreneurship, branding, financial literacy, and career development, always with a blend of straight talk, strategic thinking, and a deep belief in celebrating every small win. Whether I’m speaking in a packed auditorium or coaching a client over coffee, my mission is the same: to help women own their brilliance, shift their mindset, and build the business—and life—they truly deserve.
